(TUESDAY) NOT a pleasant [metaphorical] "INDEPENDENCE" Day!

One one [SPECTACULAR] hand, my right arm feels fabulous.  I agree with my trainer, when he GUESStimates that--since "it's displaying [arguably] the same strength & mobility as before [my] arm injury, [he]'d say that [I am] fully healed."

--> I acted out my USUAL workout:

-- 20 bicep curls on left arm with 10 lb dumbbell
-- 30 regular bicep curls and 20 hammer curls on right side with 15 lbs (+ 1 extra 'cuz I could)

10 isomeric leg extensions with my trainer's resistance on the left leg

Push-ups 135 total but 85 reps and rest and then 50 reps ... to TIE my all-time record

Tricep extension 2 sets each arm
-- 2 sets of 15 reps (+ 5 extra 'cuz I could) on the left side with 10 lbs
-- 2 sets of 15 reps (+ 5 extra 'cuz I could) on the right but 1st set was with 15 lbs and the 2nd set was 10 lbs

30 ball hamstring curls with 2 legs but also single leg hamstring curls 20 reps with each leg

Walking on the parallel bars forward and backwards and sideways

Calf raises 20 reps

~16 minute BIKE ride

On the other, less promising appendage, I FAILED to spring my bowels loose from my/their rectal incarceration.  (audible SIGH) I did NOT grant it ITs spacial independence from my lonely butt.
BUMMER.

... Oh, well.  I'd rather WAIT 'til tomorrow, 'cuz there are factors that will make my excrement more likely to be more SOLID & painLESS.
