(FRIDAY, August 25, 2023) If it aiN'T BROKE, doN'T FIX it.

 ...

As a man of [T.B.I.-forced] ritual, I followed the day's [Friday] scheduling nearly to an exact tee.

-- I slept in [SLIGHTLY]. as I awakened at 6:34 am.  After pulling over my laptop, I began my daily WRITING & blogging.  In regard to my bookS, I ended up struggling to stay focused, because of 1) sports updates were distracting & 2) I had prep work for a brand NEW CareGiver.

... I added a NOTE of "POSSIBLE multiple villains?" to a few of my

-- Just after my FIRST breakfast at ~7:30 I WALKED to my toilet to urinate.

(I "eat" AAALL of my "food" via LIQUID-formula through a peg tube attached to my stomach that juts outta my lower abdomen.  Therefore, "eating" almost ALWAYS stimulates my bladder.)

-- After my morning-ritual of WALKING through my house (118 steps), I began my bi-weekly workout:

WORKOUT:
-- LEFT handed finger stretches with a rubber band

-- 20 bicep curls on left arm with 10 lb dumbbell
-- 30 regular bicep curls and 20 hammer curls on right arm with 15 lb dumbbell

-- 10 isomeric leg extensions with my trainer's resistance on the left leg

-- Walking on the parallel bars forward (2 laps), backwards (2 laps) and sideways (just 1 lap)

-- HIP-ups: 140 total but 90 reps then rest and then 50 reps
(I again tied my RECORD-HIGH!)

-- Tricep extension 2 sets each arm
   ... 1 set of 20 reps & 1 set of 15 reps on the left side--both with 10 lbs
... 2 sets of 15 reps on the right, but 1st set was with 15 lbs and the 2nd set was 10 lbs

-- 30 ball hamstring curls with 2 legs but also single leg hamstring curls 20 reps with each leg

   ... 30 calf raises

-- ~14 minutes on BIKE

(TUESDAY, August 22, 2023) Play hard. Work hardER.

 ...
--> I began my morning EARLY--at ~5:20 am--due to Nature's calling of #1.  And, as is the biological tradition of my hyperACTIVE brain, I canNOT relax enough to fall back asleep AFTER I WALK ... all the way to my toilet, urinate, wash my hands & WALK back.  Nevertheless, this eatly beginning merely gives me more time to prepare for my busy morning--checking the relatively short comedic video I'm gonna watch with my trainer & WRITING.

--> After the hilarious viewing, I demonstrated my typical 4 Cs in my usual exercises.  I was "Crisp, Clean, Clear & Concise" in all my exercises.  More specifically, I performed:

-- Walking on the parallel bars forward (2 laps), backwards (2 laps) and sideways (just 1 lap)

-- 22 bicep curls on left arm with 10 lb dumbbell
... 30 regular bicep curls and 20 hammer curls on right arm with 15 lbs

-- 10 isomeric leg extensions with my trainer's resistance on the left leg

-- HIP-ups: 140 total but 90 reps then rest and then 50 reps
(I again tied my RECORD-HIGH!)

-- Tricep extension 2 sets each arm
   ... 1 set of 20 reps & 1 set of 15 reps on the left side--both with 10 lbs
... 2 sets of 15 reps on the right, but 1st set was with 15 lbs and the 2nd set was 10 lbs

-- 30 ball hamstring curls with 2 legs but also single leg hamstring curls 20 reps with each leg

-- 15 HALF chest presses with ONLY my LEFT arm with a 10 lb dumbbell
... 15 HALF chest presses with ONLY my RIGHT arm with a 15 lb dumbbell

   ... 30 calf raises

-- ~15 minute BIKE ride

--> After my shower, I just wrote a 'LIL (~2 1/6 pages) more between watching movies & TV shows, answering emails & playing Minesweeper.
